Imse Vimse produce two excellent designs of cloth menstrual pads for you to choose from a two-part system and an all in one model:

Flexible 2-part system for your comfort

The two-part model consists of an outer pocket, with wings, which is secured into place around your pants with a small plastic popper fastening. This means you can place choose to add one pad into the pocket for normal flow or two pads when you require extra absorption.

The pads are made of 100% organic cotton and the outer pocket is made with organic cotton reinforced with a hidden thin layer of polyurethane laminated polyester to make it leakproof. Only the softest organic brushed cotton will touch your skin.

Imse Vimse Flexible 2-part kit contents: 1 mini pad/panty liner, 6 regular pads, 2 outer pockets for regular pads, 1 night pad, 1 outer pocket for night pads, 1 fabric bag to keep the set in. Two or three sets will probably be sufficient for one period.

All-in-one model

Quick and convenient, the Imse Vimse all-in-one model with wings is simply secured in place around your pants with a small plastic popper fastener.

These pads are made of 100% organic cotton and are available as Panty Liners, Regular or Night pads. The Regular and Night pads are reinforced with a hidden thin layer of polyurethane laminated polyester to make them leakproof.

They are available packaged in sets of three in natural cotton colour. Four packets of regular pads, 2 packets of night pads and 2 packets of panty liners is probably enough for one period.

Washing instructions
Place the pads in a small bucket. Before machine-washing, rinse the pads in cold water with some salt or Imse Vimse's special laundry soap. Machine wash at 60-90°C. Hang to dry.

Tip! If you have enough pads to last through your period you can wash them all at the same time at the end of your period.
